Galactika to invest in cheese production

Galactika group of companies plans to invest RUB 400 million ($ 6 million) in the production of mozzarella, ricotta and cream cheese in the Gatchina district of Russia. The holding intends to produce 300 tonnes of these products per month. The launch of the cheese production line will allow the company to use the storing capacity and the primary processing of milk more efficiently. In addition, by the end of October 2018, the company will invest RUB 70 million ($ 1 million) in yoghurt and desserts production, with a capacity of 12,200 cups per hour.
