IMC founder increased his stake in company to 80.41%

A founder and major shareholder at Ukraine-based agroholding IMC Oleksandr Petrov has increased his stake in the company 0.13% to 80.41%. In particular, he has acquired 43,150 shares of IMC at a price of about $7.84 per share. The total worth of the deal was about $338,300. Previously, IMC has reported that its net profit almost tripled to $77.4 million in H1 2021 as compared to H1 2020.
