Kernel acquired a stake in ViOil Holding

Kernel, the largest producer of sunflower oil in Ukraine, acquired a stake of 5.85% in ViOil Holding. ViOil is one of the largest producers and exporters of vegetable oils in Ukraine. The company operates two fat-and-oil processing plants in the Vinnitsa and Chernivtsi regions of Ukraine, as well as a network of grain processing plants and elevators.
