Kernel: grain storage volumes down 9% in H1 FY 2021

Kernel, one of Ukraine's largest agroholdings and the world's leading producer of sunflower oil, has stored 3.63 million tonnes of grains and oilseeds at its elevators in the first half of FY 2021, a 9%-decrease as compared to the same period of FY 2020. At the same time, the company has transhipped 2.4 million tonnes of commodities at its export terminals in H1 FY 2021, a 41%-increase as compared to H1 FY 2020. Also, Kernel raised its grain export volumes 16% to 4.52 million tonnes in the reporting period.
