Kernel to receive extra funding from EBRD

Kernel, one of Ukraine’s largest agroholdings and the world’s leading producer of sunflower oil, will receive extra $ 200 million loan maturing in June 2021 from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) within its pre-export credit line. The maturing period of the initially approved loan of $ 100 million has been extended until June 2022. Currently, Kernel accounts for 8% of the world’s sunflower oil production volume.
