Kernel to set another M&A deal

Kernel, a Ukraine-based agroholding, has received permission from Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire a controlling stake in an agricultural enterprise Agrodom operating 15,000 hectares of farmland in the Chernihiv region.
Currently, Kernel operates 510,000 hectares and is Ukraine’s largest agroholding in terms of farmland area. In the upcoming years, Kernel plans to expand its farmland area to 700,000 hectares through M&A deals.
