Kernel tops the list of VAT refund recipients in Ukraine

Kernel agroholding headed the November 2020 list of VAT refund recipients among the agri-food companies in Ukraine. In particular, Kernel’s subsidiary Kernel-Trade received $33.6 million in VAT refunds. Another agroholding, Nibulon, was ranked fourth having received a refund of $13,8 million. Kernel operates 530,000 hectares of farmland and is the world’s leading producer of sunflower oil.
