MHP closed the deal for purchasing Perutnina Ptuj

MHP Agricultural Holding, the leading poultry producer with the largest market share in Ukraine, has completed the purchase of the Slovenian meat producer Perutnina Ptuj. The transaction has already received permission from the antitrust authorities of Slovenia, Austria, Macedonia, Serbia and Romania. With the purchase of Perutnina Ptuj MHP will be able to expand its activities in the European Union.
