MHP raised chicken meat exports 12% in H1 2021

MHP, Ukrainian largest poultry producer, reports to have produced 357,530 tonnes of chicken meat in H1 2021 (H1 2020: 359,900 tonnes). The company’s domestic chicken meat sales decreased 8% to 144,900 tonnes, while chicken meat exports increased 12% to 191,300 tonnes within the same period. In addition, MHP exported 91,140 tonnes of sunflower oil in H1 2021, a 44%-decrease as compared to H1 2020. Meanwhile, the company’s soybean oil sales rose 7% to 23,000 tonnes, and sales of processed chicken rose 3% to 16,070 tonnes within the same period.
