MHP to acquire Perutnina Ptuj

The Ukraine-based agroholding MHP announced the purchase of 90.7% of the issued share capital of the Slovenian group Perutnina Ptuj. The Slovenia-based meat processing corporation operates in 22 countries. MHP plans to increase Perutnina’s sales in the Balkans and in Eastern Europe. On November 12, 2018, the management of MHP and Perutnina Ptuj held a joint meeting and discussed the deal.
