MHP to sell a stake

MHP Agroholding, a leading poultry producer in Ukraine, is selling a stake of 10.37% (16.6 million units) of the authorized capital of one of its subsidiaries, Myronivskyi Groats and Feed Production Plant for $ 11.952 million.
The storage capacity of the plant is 248,000 m3 of grains and 6,000 m3 of oils, and the grain-clearing capacity is 370 tonnes per hour. The company’s feed mill has a capacity of 90 tonnes per hour. In addition, the company operates a meat processing plant Legko, with a total capacity of 160 tonnes of finished poultry meat products per day.
