Milkiland "moves" to Cyprus

Milkiland, a dairy producer with major operations in Ukraine, plans to change the place of registration from the Netherlands to Cyprus. Milkiland’s board of directors intends to approve the respective decision at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
After updating the legal address, the company’s name will be changed to “Milkiland Public Company Limited”. The enterprise will be a public limited liability company, founded and operating in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, having its corporate location in Nicosia (Cyprus), and registered in the Cyprus Companies Register. Milkiland wants to complete the process of jurisdiction change by mid-2020.
