Milkiland to “move” from Netherlands to Cyprus

Milkiland, a dairy producer with major operations in Ukraine, will change the place of registration from the Netherlands to Cyprus. Milkiland’s shareholders approved the respective decision at the annual general meeting of shareholders with 24.5 million votes representing 78.52% of the company’s share capital. Milkiland’s shares will continue to be placed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
After updating the legal address, the company’s name will be changed to “Milkiland Public Company Limited”. The enterprise will be a public limited liability company, founded and operating in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, having its corporate location in Nicosia (Cyprus), and registered in the Cyprus Companies Register.
