Samoran Investments Limited to increase its stake in Rostok-Holding

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Samoran Investments Limited, registered on British Virgin Islands, to buy the shares of Rostok-Holding, a Ukraine-based agroholding. With this acquisition, Samoran Investments Limited will raise its stake in the company from 25% to 49.9999%. Rostok-Holding operates 60,000 hectares of farmland area in Ukraine.
