Ekoniva postpones IPO

Ekoniva, the Russian ‘daughter’ of the Germany-based company Ekosem-Agrar and Russia’s largest milk producer, postpones the planned initial public offering (IPO). According to the head of Ekosem-Agrar, Stefan Dürr, the political situation in Russia and possible financial sanctions of the international community are the main obstacles toward going public. However, Ekoniva does not decline this opportunity and waits for favorable conditions on the market.
