Miratorg purchases land from a Czech agroholding

Miratorg holding plans to acquire a stake in the subsidiary company RAV Agro-Orel of the agroholding RAV Agro, which is a part of the Czech PFF Group. RAV Agro-Orel is engaged in crop and livestock production. The company’s landbank amounts to 36,400 hectares in the Oryol region of Russia. The estimated price for the land is about RUB 1.8 billion ($ 27.3 million). Miratorg holding is the second largest Russian agricultural landowner with 676,000 hectares of land in operation.
